How do I place an order
● Use our store link i.e.https://intstudiomehr.com/ to find what you like.
● For ordering through the product page, you can enter the quantity & sizes of products that you want to buy and click "Add to Cart"
● Clicking on the "Add to Cart" button will take you to your Shopping Cart screen where you'll see a list of the products you've selected, the price, quantity, subtotals and grand total.
● Click "Proceed to Checkout"
● Fill in the "Contact Information". Click "Continue to Shipping Method
● Fill in the "Billing Information" and "Shipping Method" forms.
● In the Payment Information form, "Credit/Debit Card" will be selected by default.
● To confirm your order click on "Complete Order" and note your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.
● Your package will be delivered via courier before or on the expected delivery date.
How can I be sure that I have made my payment?
● Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service at info@studiomehr.com or call at +923330184517
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
● We offer the following payment methods:

● Shop Pay
What are the delivery charges?
● Free shipping is provided for orders above $150. For orders under $150 a shipping fee of $15 will apply. Product is already $100-$150 we should increase this to $300 or $500 and reduce shipping to $7
Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
● Please note that images of each product's colour and design may vary slightly from the actual product's colour and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size and other factors.
Is it possible to receive regular information via e-mail with the latest Studio Mehr’s items and offers?
● Yes. You just have to subscribe to the intstudiomehr (Just needs to say studio mehr) newsletter by filling in your email ID, and you will receive information about the latest items, articles and events
Can I unsubscribe from Int Studio mehr’s newsletter?
● You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the "newsletter" menu and select "Unsubscribe"
Can I cancel my order?
● Yes you can cancel an order by contacting our customer service department within 24 hrs of placing your order given that it has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders can not be cancelled.
How can I make sure that my purchase was made correctly?
● Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact our Customer Service department
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
● Studio mehr only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
● If you were to accidentally receive an item, that you did not order, please contact our customer service.
